Goldblatt Tool
KC Holdings, LLC, d/b/a Goldblatt Tool Company, LLC, recently sold its 57,000-square-foot corporate headquarters in Olathe, Kansas.
ZBC-DGAII, LLC, purchased the property. The company immediately leased the property back to KC Holdings, LLC for an extended period of time.
David Zimmer, of Zimmer Real Estate Services, represented Goldblatt Tool Company in the transaction.
