Commonweal Development secures national tenants for Wisconsin retail center

Commonweal Development Corporation recently secured two national tenants for the Shoppes at Oakwood retail building in Eau Claire, Wis. Coldwater Creek and Complete Nutrition will join Panera Bread, Cold Stone Creamery, Country Treasures Hallmark, Men’s Wearhouse, Noodles & Co., Sports Clips and MacMan.
Coldwater Creek, an upscale women’s apparel store, and Complete Nutrition, a franchise vitamin supplement chain, have signed leases to locate in the 5,300 square feet that was previously occupied by 2nd Wind Exercise.
Of the 5,300 square feet, Coldwater will occupy approximately 3,800 square feet and Complete Nutrition will occupy approximately 1,500 square feet. Both tenants plan to be open by the fall of 2010.
Coldwater Creek, which began in 1985, has more than 355 stores in 48 states. Complete Nutrition has more than 37 locations in eight states, with plans to open another 25 stores through the end of this year.
