Milwaukee’s RFP handles several office transactions

Milwaukee-based RFP Commercial, despite the sluggish commercial real estate market, recently completed several office transactions in Wisconsin.
Madison Medical Affiliates leased 5,798 square feet of medical office space in Milwaukee from Seavest, Inc. Bob Flood and Jim Cavanaugh with RFP represented the landlord in the transaction.
David F. Larson, DDS, leased 825 square feet of office space in Brown Deer, Wis., from Niets Property Management. RFP’s Patti Stevens represented the landlord in the transaction.
Murphy & Prachthauser leased 5,860 square feet of office space in Milwaukee from Tishman Speyer. Ned Purtell and Jeanine Sweeney of RFP represented the landlord.
Kathleen Ortman Miller Attorneys leased 1,600 square feet of office space in Milwaukee, from Spectrum Holdings, LLC. Bob Flood and Jeanine Sweeney represented the landlord in the transaction.
