Indianapolis-based Kite Realty Group recently made several retail deals in Indiana, despite the struggling economy.

Blake Beaver of Kite Realty represented the landlord KRG/I-65 Partners Beacon Hill, LLC in bringing Gneeral Nutrition Center and #1 Chinese Restaurant to the Beacon Hill shopping center in Crown Point, Ind. Tim Hovenec of Hovenec Properties represented General Nutrition Center in its lease of 1,400 square feet. #1 Chinese Restaurant represented itself in leasing 1,440 square feet.

Beaver again represented the landlords, in this case Glendale Centre LLC and 116 & Olio, LLC, in a lease deal that brought Cookie Cutters children hair cuttery to the Glendale Town Center in Indianapolis, and a second location at the Geist Pavilion in Fishers, Ind. Cookie Cutters will open a 1,195-square-foot store at the center and a 1,865-square-foot location at Geist Pavilion.

Ryan Zickler, of Zickler and Associates, represented the tenant.
