Grandbridge promotes personnel in Minneapolis, Kansas City offices

Grandbridge Real Estate Capital recently made two promotions in a pair of its Midwest offices.
Frank Sciara, working in the company’s Kansas City office, has been promoted to assistant vice president. He is responsible for assiting in the origination, structuring, placement and closing of a variety of loan product types.
Brett Olsen, from the company’s Minneapolis office, has been promoted to the position of real estate analyst III.
