New health clinic coming to Wisconsin’s Menomonee Falls

A new helath clinic and nutrition center is locating in Menomonee Falls, Wis.
Brian Gingrass and Jon Thoresen of Milwaukee’s Commercial Property Associates represented both the buyer, Perseverance Properties, and the seller, Esue Trust, C/O Kin Properties, in the sale of a free-standing building located in Menomonee Falls.
Construction will start immediately on building renovations. Upon completion, Total Health Nutrition Center & Clinic will occupy the space.
