Michigan’s McKinley becomes receiver of retail shopping center

Ann Arbor, Mich.-based real estate firm McKinley recently landed a big receivership deal.

McKinley Client Services is now serving as the receiver for Oaktree Plaza Shopping Center, a 17,000-squaref-oot retail center in Norcross, Ga.

“I am confident that by applying our experience and expertise, our team will be able to create value for the stakeholders,” said Matt Mason, senior vice president of commercial client services with McKinley.
