Transwestern’s Transaction Advisory Services group recently represented the law firm of Schiller DuCanto & Fleck LLP in a 24,032-square-foot lease renegotiation and extension at 200 N. LaSalle Street in Chicago.
The law firm currently occupies the entire 30th floor.
The largest law firm in the U.S. focusing exclusively on family law, Schiller DuCanto & Fleck LLC has been growing at a steady pace, using its Lake Forest and Wheaton locations as “touch down” space for its lawyers and as a way to manage growth.
In addition, the firm immediately lowered its rental rate for its top floor space.
Built in 1984, 200 North LaSalle Street is a 629,040-square-foot Class A office building owned by Younan Properties. Amenities include a conference center, ATM, restaurant/deli, convenience store and print shop. The office tower is fully sprinklered and features a state-of-the-art fire/life safety system. Security is provided by a 24-hour network.
Transwestern’s Stacey Kruger Birndorf represented the SD&F in its transaction. Mark Parrish with Grubb & Ellis represented the landlord.
