Harris Bank recently listed the Roman Building in West Allis, Wis., with Milwaukee-based commercial brokerage Siegel-Gallagher. The good news is that the brokerage was able to find a new owner for the building quickly.
Patrick Gallagher, of Siegel-Gallagher, found a buyer in Kim Ellis, owner of ANS Home Health Services of Milwaukee. The transaction closed on June 29, with the Roman building fetching a final price of $1.02 million.
The buiding sits in the Highway 100 corridor of West Allis, and totals 26,000 square feet on a 1.181-acre lot.
“The new location can generate additional revenue for ANS Home Health Servies simply through increased exposure on Highway 100, and the larger space offers operational efficiencies,” Galalgher said.
