Hendricks & Partners sells Detroit multi-family portfolio

The Greenfield Portfolio

Hendricks & Partners recently arranged the sale of the Greenfield Portfolio, three multi-family buildings located in Detroit.

The 151-unit REO apartment portfolio was sold for an undisclosed price. The portfolio is made up of three garden-style atpartment properties, all built in 1963: Westfield Apartments, Greenview Apartments and Harvard House Apartments.

Westfield contains 56 units, while Greenview has 33. Harvard House features 62 apartments. The three properties are located within 12 miles of Detroit’s Central Business District.

Bank of America was the soller of the portfolio, while the buyer was DP Precise. Mark Rohr and Eric Taylor of hte Michigan office of Hendricks & Partners negotiated the deal.
