Darwin Realty completes land deal in Elgin

Darwin Realty & Development Corporation has announced the sale of 10 acres of land in the Elgin Corporate Center, Elgin, Ill.
Noel S. Liston, principal of Darwin Realty & Development Corporation, represented the seller, TCB Development and the purchaser, a private investment group in the sale of two 5-acre improved lots within the Elgin Corporate Center.
The two sites are located on Millennium and Gateway Drive within the Elgin Corporate Center. The purchaser will utilize the sites for future development. Darwin Realty & Development Corporation has been retained by the purchaser to market the sites for sale, lease or build-to-suit.
