Chicago Industrial Real Estate completes seven leases

Chicago Industrial Real Estate has brokered seven leases, totaling more than 52,000 square feet.
PMG Asset Relief leased 3,000 square feet at 3155 S Shields, Chicago. PMG plans to use the space for storage of various products. Colin Green and Beverly Hayes of Chicago Industrial Real Estate represented Shields Properties Inc, and Aaron Rosdal of Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. represented PMG Asset Relief.
Superior Foreign Exchange has leased 7,840 square feet of the 348,000-square-foot at 3815 S. Ashland, Chicago. The tenant is relocating to the 3815 S. Ashland property because of the aggressive pricing as well as its close proximity to the expressways and the Chinatown neighborhood. Green and Matt Rogatz of Chicago Industrial Real Estate represented 3815 S. Ashland LLC in this transaction.
City Pallets, Inc has leased 6,500 square feet at 5707 S. Claremont, Chicago. Green and Rogatz of Chicago Industrial Real Estate represented 5701 Claremont Building Corp., the owner, in the deal.
Schatz Services leased 15,375 square feet 2040 W. Carroll, Chicago for the purpose of storing construction equipment. Rogatz of Chicago Industrial Real Estate assisted Schatz Services in locating the facility and Howard Caplan – Nick Saraceno of CT Kritt represented ownership.
A 6,210 square-foot-garage building located at 438 W. 43rd St., Chicago was recently sold to an investor by Chicago Industrial Real Estate and then leased to a limousine company. The tenant, Fellowship Fleet, chose this garage because of its size, adjacent fenced parking lot, and immediate access to I90/94 expressway. Rogatz of Chicago Industrial Real Estate represented ownership and Al Schulman of Paine Wetzel Associates represented Fellowship Fleet.
Mill Stainless, Inc recently has signed a 13,500-square-foot lease at 2310 W. 58th Street, Chicago. The 137,688 square-foot crane facility was recently purchased by a metal fabricator who had extra space to lease. Rogatz of Chicago Industrial Real Estate represented the owner and Josh Hearne of Cawley Chicago Commercial represented Mills Stainless, Inc.
5274 S. Archer, Chicago was recently leased to SL Cartage. This 6,500 square-foot garage/office building attracted SL Cartage because of its large 1.86 acres fenced site, excellent exposure, and proximity to I55 expressway. Colin Green of Chicago Industrial Real Estate worked on behalf of the owner and SL Cartage.
