Milwaukee’s Ogden & Company continues to grow

Marsha McNeil recently joined the staff at Milwaukee-based Ogden & Company as a commercial property manager.
McNeil has negotiated commercial office and retail leases, and has been responsible for more than 750,000 square feet in more than 12 prime suburban office and retail buildings.
McNeil is a former property manager at Weas Development Company, CB Richard Ellis and RREEF Management Company. In her new position at Ogden & Company, McNeil is responsible for a diverse portfolio of commercial properties throughout the area.
Susan Fellows, vice president of real estate management at Ogden & Company, said, “We look forward to working with Marsha, knowing that her expertise and enthusiasm will add to the continued growth of the Division.”
McNeil holds her real estate license and has served on the BOMA/AOMA Board of Directors.
