Fire-restoration business sets up shop in Missouri

ProServ has leased a 6,800-square-foot industrial building in Lee’s Summit , Mo., with the help of Kansas City-based Zimmer Real Estate Services.
The company will operate a fire damage and restoration business at this location. Mark Long, of Zimmer Real Estate Services, L.C., represented the landlord and negotiated the transaction.
