ML Realty completes multiple lease transactions

ML Realty Partners LLC has completed numerous lease transactions in the Chicago suburbs totaling more than 500,000 square feet of industrial space.
Tech Lighting, located at 7400 Linder Avenue in Skokie, renewed its lease for 192,483 square feet of industrial space. Chris Volkert of Colliers Bennett and Kahnweiler represented Tech Lighting in the transaction.
Trend Technologies, located at 737-875 Fargo Avenue in Elk Grove Village, renewed its lease for 159,383 square feet of industrial/manufacturing space. Bill Mass of Mass Realty represented Trend Technologies in this transaction.
Windy City Wire, headquartered at 386 Internationale Drive in Bolingbrook, renewed its 110,510 square feet lease and expanded by another 52,613 square feet of new industrial space. The firm now encompasses over 163,000 square feet of the building.
