Darwin Realty & Development Corporation has announced the leasing of 76,677 square feet at 340 Remington Blvd., Bolingbrook, Ill. to Windy City Baldor, Inc.

The space features 4,885 square feet of office, six exterior docks, 24’ clear ceilings and parking for 58 cars. Windy City Baldor, Inc. is the manufacturer’s representative for Fort Smith, Arkansas-based, Baldor Electric Co. Baldor Electric Co., is a manufacturer of energy saving industrial electric motors, drives, and generators.

Adam M. Haefner, vice president and Victor F. DeBoer, associate of Darwin
Realty & Development Corporation represented the lessor, TA Associates
Realty, in this transaction. Frank Minik & Matt Minik of Jupiter Realty Services, LLC represented the lessee.

Darwin Realty & Development Corporation has been retained by TA Associates Realty to lease the remaining 97,158 square feet,
which features 19 exterior docks & 14 trailer positions.
