RFP Commercial negotiates two office deals in Milwaukee area

Milwaukee-based RFP Commercial, Inc. recently completed a pair of office deals in the Milwaukee area.
Friebert, Finerty, St. John leased 11,853 square feet of office space at the Plaza East Office Center in Milwaukee from Tishman Speyer. Jeanine Sweeney and Ned Purtell of RFP represented the landlord in the transaction.
VF Jeanswear Sales leased 7,440 square feet of office space in Menomonee Falls, Wis., from Silver Spring Corporate Center. Bob Flood of RFP represented the tenant in the transaction.
