The Chicago office of commercial real estate services firm Transwestern
represented Norfolk-based Harbor Group International, LLC, owners of 2 North LaSalle Street, in a 179,451-square-foot lease renewal to the law firm of Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP into 2020.

“We are very pleased that Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP will remain at 2 North LaSalle Street and that we were able to extend their tenancy into 2020,” said Jordan E. Slone, Chairman and CEO of Harbor Group International, LLC.

The Perkins+Will designed 26-story, Class A office tower has been owned and operated by Harbor Group International since early 2007.  Located on the corner of LaSalle and Madison Streets, in the heart of the Chicago
Loop, it is convenient to public transportation, restaurants, hotels and shopping. The building’s distinct glass and aluminum façade provides tenants with abundant light and its amenity package includes a building conference
room, a restaurant, FedEx, on-site retail, sundry shop, storage and banking facilities. Built in 1979, 2 North LaSalle contains 713,030 square feet with 28,000-square-foot floor plates and is currently 95 percent occupied.

Transwestern’s Tamara Kos and Christy Domin represented ownership in the transaction. CBRE’s Todd Lippman and Kyle Kamin represented the tenant.
