Cassidy Turley to serve as leasing agent for upscale retail/office project in Minnesota

DENNIS Properties has retained Cassidy Turley to lease retail and office space at the proposed Marina Village development on the western shores of White Bear Lake, Minn. Jennifer Pelant and Pete Dufour are the primary contacts at Cassidy Turley on this project.
Moving through the planning phase, the Cassidy Turley team is marketing this high-end development, seeking retail and office users who can benefit from this lakeside and marina destination location along busy Highway 61 with easy access to Interstate 35 in the lakeside community of White Bear Lake, Minn.
The development will involve the razing of the current buildings on the site, with new construction of 20,000 square feet of upscale condominiums and 20,000 square feet of office, restaurant and retail space. The redevelopment includes a public parking ramp, public plazas, biking and pedestrian trails, and a streetscape of vantage points overlooking White Bear Lake. Retail users will benefit from a large marina of boaters, transient boat dockage for customers, on-site parking and trail-way visitor traffic. Office users will have a high image location and access to marina slips.
