Jones Lang LaSalle negotiates industrial lease

Jones Lang LaSalle has completed a sublease for 30,560 square feet of industrial space for Unified Distributors at 600 Heathrow Drive in Lincolnshire, Ill.
Robin Stolberg and Kurt Sarbaugh of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Unified Distributors while Steve Trapp, John Hauser and Charlie Des Rosiers of Cushman & Wakefield represented the sub-landlord, Woodward Governor Company.
Unified Distributors is relocating from 3160 Commercial Avenue in Northbrook and selected the building based on the extensive office space and infrastructure already in place.
The company will occupy the entire building which includes 15,000 square feet of two–story high-end office space and will relocate into the new facility in July of 2010.
Located in Lake County, 600 Heathrow Drive was originally constructed in 1987 and has been updated and renovated multiple times subsequent to its original construction.
