Brewer Investment Group, LLC leases more than 30K square feet at 303 East Wacker

Brewer Investment Group, an independent wealth management firm, has 
signed an 11-year lease for 30,919 square feet at 303 E. Wacker Drive to serve as the firm’s corporate headquarters.
Laurance Lewis of Corporate Site Selectors, Inc. completed the transaction representing the independent wealth management firm, and 303 E. Wacker, owned by Franklin Street Properties, was represented by Mike Watts and Carey King of J.F. McKinney & Associates, and Richard Oliva and Tom Darcy of Hines.
