Block & Company helps Noodles & Company open seventh location in Kansas

Kansas City-based Block & Company Realtors recently assisted restaurant chain Noodles & Company in opening a new location in Kansas.
Noodles & Company will open its seventh restaurant in the Kansas City metropolitan area in Prairie Village, Kan. The 2,500-square-foot restaurant is slated to open in the middle of September.
Steve Gasperi of Block & Company Realtors, who exclusively represents Noodles & Company in Kansas and Missouri, negotiated the lease transaction with Westwood Financial, which represented the landlord.
Noodles & Company is a quick-casual restaurant that serves Asian, Mediterranean and American-inspired noodle dishes, soups and salads. The company now operates more than 240 restaurants across the United States.
