Richard Keller, a principal and senior vice president in office sales and leasing for Cassidy Turley, in May completed the 83,577-square-foot renewal of Wells Fargo at Northstar Center in Minneapolis.

Keller, who has served as the leasing representative at Northstar Center for nearly five years, represented Palm Springs-based Grubb & Ellis Investors in the Wells Fargo renewal.  The 83,577 square feet of space are located within three suites in the building, along with other space occupied by Wells Fargo, making the company the largest tenant in the building.

The company could have chosen at least six alternative locations that could have worked, but Wells Fargo preferred the central location in the CBD that Northstar Center offers.

“Wells Fargo has been a critical tenant for the building over the past 10 years,” said Keller.  “Due to its deep roots in the community, its tenancy in any building in the Minneapolis metro area makes a strong statement about that property and draws a positive association to the asset.  We are extremely pleased that Wells Fargo committed to stay at Northstar Center.”
