Zimmer, Block team up for distribution center lease in Kansas City

Two Kansas City commercial real estate companies recently handled a lease transaction at a distribution center in the city.
Sorella Group, Inc. has leased approximately 3,346 square feet of area in Colony Realty Partners’ Congleton Distribution Center Building 1 in Kansas City.
Sorella Group is a distributor of toilet partitions and other construction accessories used in commercial construction.
Scott Cordes of Block Real Estate Services, LLC represented Colony in the lease negotiations, while David Zimmer, of Zimmer Real Estate Services, and Lynette Samborski, formerly of Zimmer Real Estate Services, represented Sorella Group in the transaction.
