Summit helps negotiate industrial lease in Indianapolis area

Indianapolis-based Summit Realty Group recently represented a logistics provider in its lease of space in an industrial building in Plainfield, Ind.

Andrew Morris, Jeremy Woods, Matt McGrady and Jon Shuel of Summit Realty Group, and Randy Wolcott of Brentwood, Tenn.-based ProVenture represented third-party logistics provider OHL in its lease of 507,544 square feet at the 281 Airtech Parkway facility in Plainfield.

The facility will serve as a distribution facility for one of OHL’s clients. The landlord, ProLogis, represented itself.
