Zimmer helps physical therapy group lease new location in Missouri

Boost Sports Performance, LLC recently leased 8,400 square feet of office space in Lee’s Summit , Mo. Kansas City-based Zimmer Real Estate Services helped facilitate the transaction.
Boost is a physical therapy group with locations in Independence and Liberty, Mo. The company is expanding services to Lee’s Summit to serve its growing customer base.
The company’s new building is owned and developed by Eastside Investment Properties. Eastside is among Lee Summit ’s most active industrial development firms. Mark Long, of Zimmer Real Estate Services, represented Eastside in this transaction.
