RFP Commercial closes big office, industrial deals in Wisconsin

Milwaukee-based RFP Commercial recently completed two large transactions, one an industrial deal, the other an office transaction.
In the first deal, the Brewer Company leased 40,000 square feet of industrial space in Menomonee Falls, Wis., from CenterPoint Properties. Bill Langhoff of RFP represented the landlord in the transaction.
Sattell Johnson Appel leased 15,737 square feet of office space, also in Menomonee Falls, from Weas Development. Bob Flood, Jim Cavanaugh and Ned Purtell of RFP represented the landlord in the transaction.
