Cushman & Wakefield negotiates industrial lease

RehabTECH, a supplier of rehabilitation and mobility products, has signed a long-term lease for a 30,000-square-foot building in west-suburban Lombard where it will relocate its Illinois headquarters.
Sean M. Henrick, associate director for Cushman & Wakefield completed the transaction on behalf of the building’s owner, TA Associates Realty.
The building is located at 335 Eisenhower Lane South within the Yorkbrook Business Park, just east of Interstate-355. It includes approximately 10,000 square feet of office space as well as three exterior docks.
Jeffrey Janda of Lee & Associates represented RehabTECH in the deal.
