Signature Associates negotiates 17,000-square-foot industrial lease in Ohio

Southfield, Mich.-based Signature Associates has negotiated the lease of 17,250 square feet of industrial space located in Walbridge, Ohio.
Robert Mack, of Signature Associates, represented the landlord, American Rail Center. Bill Cosgrove, also of Signature Associates, represented the tenant, Envelope Mart USA.
Signature Associates has offices in Southfield, Lansing, Grand Rapids, Muskegon and Kalamazoo, Mich., and in Toledo, Ohio.
