CB Richard Ellis is now the exclusive marketing advisor for the offering phase of The Grande Reserve at Geist, a 146-unit institutional-grade community located at Geist Reservoir in Indianapolis.
The Grande Reserve is the only rental community in the Geist submarket. No additional sites in the area are slated for the development of multi-family. Due to the scarcity of single-family sites surrounding the lake, The Grande Reserve commands some of the highest home prices in the city.
