Lee & Associates has announced several industrial transactions in the Chicago area.

Forever Young Day Care Services has leased 9,590 square feet of flex space located at 45 E. Hintz Road in Wheeling.  Mike Prost, principal, and Sergio Chapa, senior associate, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, LLC represented building ownership, AMB Property Corporation, and Shaun Burke of H&B Realty represented the tenant in the transaction.

New Horizons Distribution Systems has leased 16,216 square feet of industrial space located at 1261 Wiley Road in Schaumburg.  John Sharpe, principal, and Ronan Remandaban, senior associate, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, LLC represented building ownership, Finch & Barry, and Rick Daly of Darwin Realty represented the tenant in the transaction.

AT&T has leased 11,520 square feet of industrial space located at 1450 McLean Boulevard in Elgin.  John Cassidy and Ken Franzese, both principals, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, LLC represented building ownership, Seigle Investments LLC, and Kurt Kittner of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant in the transaction.

Jeff Janda, principal, and Nick Eboli, senior associate, represented Duke Realty in two leases located at 880 Enterprise Street in Aurora.  Demand One, Inc., represented by Mike Nelligan of Jones Lang LaSalle, leased 82,762 square feet of industrial space.  Hanchett Paper Company renewed in 28,050 square feet of industrial space.

Alta Industrial Real Estate Company has purchased a 41,696-square-foot industrial building located at 625 District Drive in Itasca.  Jim Planey and Jeff Janda, both principals, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, LLC represented building ownership, a private trust, and Jim Estus of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler represented the buyer in the transaction.
