McKinley appointed receiver for apartment community in Michigan

McKinley, Inc., based in Ann Arbor, Mich., was recently named the receiver for Maplebrook Village Apartments, a 455-unit apartment community located on 33 acres in Grand Blanc Township, Mich. The Circuit Court for the County of Genesee made the appointment.
