Debbie Maggard

Cleveland-based NAI Daus recently hired Debbie Maggard to its team of commercial brokers.  Maggard brings more than two decades of commercial real estate experience to her new post.

“We are very happy to have Ms. Maggard join our team,” said Robert Brehmer, managing partner of NAI Daus. “She brings a substantial amount of experience and expertise, which will help NAI Daus better serve our clients and help continue our success. We also recognize that now is a great time to expand our presence and grow our market share.”

Maggard’s experience includes retail tenant/landlord representation, investment sales, industrial and office sales and leasing.  She works with both local and national tenants.  Her clients include H&R Block, Pizza Hut, Best Buy, Curves, Verizon Wireless and PetSmart.

Maggard has worked in commercial real estate since 1981.  She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and her area of specialization is in the retail sector of commercial real estate.  Maggard has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Lake Erie College.
