Zimmer helps roofing company expand in Kansas City

Christian Brothers Roofing, LLC has expanded its operations in the Kansas City region, leasing 1,596 square feet of industrial space in Parkville, Mo.

Nick Suarez, of Kansas City-based Zimmer Real Estate Services, L.C., represented Christian Brothers. Doug Hedrick, of Grubb & Ellis/The Winbury Group, represented the landlord in the transaction.

In other recent transactions, Elmar Commercial Properties leased a 4,650-square-foot warehouse space in Lee’s Summit, Mo., to Pack Leader USA. Mark Long of Zimmer represented the landlord, while Robert Holland, of Kessinger-Hunter represented the tenant.

Fabulous Fish Company renewed its lease on a 4,615-square-foot building in Kansas City, Mo. The company uses the building to distribute fresh seafood throughout the Kansas City area. John Green of Zimmer represented the landlord, Land Clearance Redevelopment Authority of Kansas City, in the transaction.
