Cassidy Turley brokers Mark Sims and Timothy Olsen have been awarded the marketing assignment for ASB Capital’s 356,000-square-foot three-building industrial portfolio and an 8.4-acre site that will accommodate a 67,000-square-foot multi-tenant building or build-to-suit facility in Northland Park in Minneapolis.

“We have enjoyed a tremendous relationship with ASB with assignments in a number of markets,” said Joseph Stettinius, Jr., president of Cassidy Turley.  “We are thrilled to have an opportunity to work on their behalf in Minneapolis, where we intend to provide world-class expertise that demonstrates our continued commitment to ASB’s long-term success.”

Each of the existing buildings in the portfolio has some vacancy.  The Northland V property was formerly occupied by Medtronic and offers nearly 82,000 square feet of vacancy.  This Class-A industrial building includes a heavy office build-out, abundant lab areas and tech space and boasts a large number of parking stalls.

The Northland IV building is now occupied by Mocon, a long-term occupant at Northland Park.  Cassidy Turley’s Timothy Olsen represented Mocon in taking 60,000 square feet in the building just this past February.  Stein Industries is the other occupant, and there is 36,000 square feet of vacant space available.

The third building in the portfolio, recently vacated by Minnesota Workforce, is an office/showroom facility that features unparalleled visibility to Highway 169.  With just under 33,000 square feet available, prospective tenants could join the likes of Sherwin Williams in this location.
