Kansas City’s Zimmer continues to grow

The Sales & Leasing Division of Kansas City-based Zimmer Real Estate Services recently added two new sales associates.
Paul Smith brings nearly 15 years of sales experience to Zimmer’s office group, and will be primarily focusing on properties in Johnson County, Kansas. John Hassler will bring three years of sales experience with him as he joins Zimmer’s industrial group, primarily focusing on real estate in Kansas City’s North of the River submarket.
Zimmer’s Property & Facilities Management division, which manages more than 4 million square feet of real estate, continues to expand, and has added a new property manager and building engineer. Steve Batterton comes to Zimmer with approximately 10 years of management experience. He will be assuming management of several properties located throughout the Kansas City area. Von Cunningham has joined Zimmer as a building engineer, and will be providing full-time services for Zimmer-managed property in Kansas City.
