Milwaukee-based Inland Companies recently arranged the purchase of an office building in West Allis, Wis.

LJL Holdings, LLC purchased the 8,681-square-foot office building for a purchase price of $615,000. 

Joe Lak and Mike Wanezek of Inland Companies brokered the deal.
