Grubb & Ellis Company in early May represented Ogura Industrial Corporation in the sale of a 116,786-square-foot industrial building located in Madison Heights, Mich. Dynamex Properties LLC, parent company of Trynex International, purchased the building.  Total consideration for the transaction was $1.8 million.  

Geoff Hill and Dan Labes, both senior vice presidents with Grubb & Ellis, represented the seller in the transaction.  Gary Stephens of Signature Associates represented Dynamex.

Trynex International, which is moving from Warren, Mich., is a manufacturer of snow, ice and turf equipment. Ogura Industrial Corporation is a manufacturer of electromagnetic clutches and brakes.
