Grubb & Ellis|Harding Dahm notches three retail leases in Indianapolis

The bad national economy didn’t stop Indianapolis’ Grubb & Ellis|Harding Dahm & Company from recently negotiating three retail leases in the city.
Little Caesar’s pizza leased 1,575 square feet in the city. Ron Mannon of Grubb & Ellis|Harding Dahm & Company represented the tenant. Cheryl Moore of Bruce Brodner Co. represented the landlord, Bodner Properties 1 LLC.
CEEZ GENESIS LLC leased 1,500 square feet at the Parkside Shoppes in Fishers, Ind. Steve Beals from Harding Dahm represented the tenant, while the landlord, Pendleton/Parkside LLC, represented itself.
Sugar Creek Enterprises LLC leased 1,500 square feet in Greenwood, Ind. Cathy Richards of Harding Dahm represented both Sugar Creek and the landlord, Greenwood Oaks Investments.
