Control Solutions, LLC, a designer and manufacturer of motor controllers and other electronic devices, has signed a 12-year lease for a 130,000-square-foot building in Aurora that it will use as its new corporate headquarters, manufacturing plant and warehousing/distribution center.
Jason West and Mike Magliano of Cushman & Wakefield completed the transaction on the company’s behalf.
The property is located at 2520 Diehl Road just south of Interstate-88 near the new Eola Road Interchange in the White Oak Business Park on Aurora’s Far East Side (DuPage County). The 100,000 square foot industrial building features 30,000 square feet of office space, 24-foot-clear ceilings, eight exterior docks, surface parking for more than 200 cars and land for future expansion.
The move allows Control Solutions to expand and consolidate operations from three separate buildings within the White Oak Business Park.
The building is owned by JP Morgan, which was represented in the transaction by Jeff Kapcheck and Brian Kling of Colliers B&K.
