Lee & Associates announces multiple leases

Lee & Associates has recently completed numerous lease transactions in the Chicago suburbs totaling more than 200,000 square feet.

FlowServe has leased 32,886-sqaure-feet of manufacturing space located in Bridge Point Woodridge Business Park at 1020 Davey Road in Woodridge.  Jeff Galante and Brian Vanosky, both principals, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, LLC represented building ownership, Bridge Development Partners, and Dan McGillicuddy of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant in the transaction.

FLS 555 Realty has leased 42,849-square-feet of industrial space located at 5001 W. 122nd Street in Alsip.  Brian Vanosky, principal, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, LLC represented building ownership, Cobalt Capital Partners, and Walter Murphy, principal, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, LLC represented the tenant in the transaction.

John Cassidy and Ken Franzese, both principals, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, LLC represented Nova Ortho Med, Inc. in the leasing of 74,483 SF located at 8710-8740 W. 50th Street in McCook.  Tom Condon and Vern Schultz of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler represented ownership, CenterPoint, in the transaction.

Nick Eboli, senior associate, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, LLC represented Card Personalization Solutions Co., LLC in their renewal of 24,900-square-feet of manufacturing space located at 1005 Republic Drive in Addison.  Dominic Carbonari and Frank Griffin of Jones Lang LaSalle represented building ownership, Cabot Properties, in the transaction.

Cabworks, LLC has leased a 30,000-square-feet warehouse building located at 900 Pratt Avenue in Elk Grove Village.  Chris Nelson and Jeff Janda, SIOR, both principals, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, LLC represented building ownership, ProLogis, and Matthew Baumann of Special Assets Acquisitions LLC represented the tenant in the transaction.
