Cleveland’s bad rep an unfair one?

April 28, 2010 Earlier this year, Forbes Magazine named Cleveland as the most depressed city in the United States. When I wrote a cover story on the city in the April/May edition of Midwest Real Estate News, the brokers I interviewed weren't pleased. HFF secures refinancing for Indiana office properties

April 28, 2010 The Indianapolis office of HFF (Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P.) announced in April that it had secured a $2.1 million refinancing for Crosspoint Corner V & VI, adjacent suburban office properties totaling 27,965 square feet.
