Milwaukee’s Inland Companies handles three office leases

Milwaukee-based Inland Companies recently arranged three office lease transactions throughout Wisconsin.
Strayer University, Inc. leased 14,922 square feet of office space at the Honey Creek IV business park located in Milwaukee. Lyle Landowski and Steve Pape, both with Inland Companies, brokered the deal.
T-Mobile Central, LLC renewed its lease of 8,272 square feet of office space in an office building located at Riverwood Drive in Pewaukee, Wis. Landowski and Mike Wanezek from the company brokered the deal.
Corinthian Colleges, Inc. leased 45,000 square feet of office space in Haymarket Square in Milwaukee. Landowski, Mike Fardy and Scott Welsh, all with Inland, brokered the deal.
