Morris industrial building sells for $460,000

A 15,530-square-foot industrial building in Morris, Ill, has been acquired by Southwest Oil for $460,000.
Michael Hawryluk and Sean Henrick, Associate Directors for Cushman & Wakefield, completed the transaction on behalf of the seller, a private trust, in less than 6 months time. The buyer was represented by John Basile of the local office of Grubb & Ellis.
The building is located at 7080 N. Highland Ave., near the Interstate-80/Route 47 interchange in Morris. The building is situated on 3.5 acres and includes a 1,700-square-foot office and four drive-in doors.
