Block & Company helps pair of retailers find new homes in Kansas

Two new retailers recently joined a Class-A Retail Center in Lawrence, Kansas. Kansas City-based Block & Company, Inc., Realtors represented the landlord in both lease transactions.
The two new retailers are Complete Nutrition and Lou & Co. Hair Studio.
The shopping center is now 90-percent occupied. It sits in front of Best Buy and Home Depot locations. Complete Nutrition will occupy a 1,364-square-foot space, while Lou & Co. Hair Studio occupies a 1,334-square-foot space.
Pam Peterson of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors represented the landlord in both transactions.
