Grubb & Ellis|Gundaker negotiates industrial lease in St. Louis

Grubb & Ellis|Gundaker Commercial, a St. Louis-based real estate services firm, in March helped negotiate an industrial lease in the city.
Guava, Inc. leased a 6,700-square-foot industrial/warehouse space for three years in St. Louis from HB Real Estate Properties.
John McDonald of Grubb & Ellis|Gundaker Commercial represented the tenant. Kevin McLaughlin of Balke Brown Associates represented the landlord.
