NAI DESCO facilitates pair of office/warehouse leases in Missouri

St. Louis-based NAI DESCO recently closed two large office/warehouse leases in Missouri. John Sheahan with NAI DESCO represented both leasers in the transactions.
Exclusive Events leased 21,535 square feet in Earth City, Mo. The company is an event design and production business that will use the space as an office, storage and assembly facility.
In Fenton, Mo., Sheahan helped Orchard Learning lease 11,500 square feet of office/warehouse space. The company, which develops educational software, will use the space as a sales office and storage facility.
