NAI Daus brokers sale of 10,000-square-foot office building in Ohio

NAI Daus recently brokered the sale of 600 Alpha Park in Stow, Ohio. Interchez Properties, LLC purchased the 10,000-square-foot free-standing office building from Family Man Properties LLC.
The 2-year old building was a perfect fit for the buyer who required an open floor plan. In addition, the visibility to State Route 8 provides an excellent signage opportunity for Interchez Properties, LLC.
Robert Brehmer and Lisa Trevino of NAI Daus represented the seller, while Bill Monbeck of William Monbeck Realty represented the purchaser.
