NAI Daus brokers industrial lease in Cleveland for metal-recycling company

New Western Reserve Recycling earlier this year leased 10,000 square feet of warehouse space at 1288 Marquette St. in Cleveland.
New Western Reserve Recycling is a local company specializing in industrial metal recycling. Officials with the company explained that 1288 Marquette Street was a perfect fit because of its proximity to the industrial core of Cleveland.
David Sternberg of Metrospace Realty represented the lessee, while Scott Garson of NAI Daus represented the landlord in this transaction.
